Waggr Pet Services Agreement
Welcome to Waggr! By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read this document carefully. This agreement governs all pet care services provided by Waggr, a d/b/a of Cape Tryon Enterprises LLC.
1. Services Provided
We offer a variety of services including, but not limited to: dog walking, pet sitting, daycare, overnight boarding, and other pet-related care. Services will be performed by Waggr staff or independent contractors.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and current pet information

Ensure pets are fully vaccinated and in good health

Disclose any behavior or health issues

Provide access to home, including any gate codes or instructions (for walking/sitting clients)
3. Pet Health and Behavior
Waggr reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any pet that poses a danger to staff, other pets, or the environment. This includes aggressive behavior, parasites, or signs of illness.
4. Emergency Care
In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, Waggr may seek veterinary care at your expense. Every effort will be made to use your preferred vet if listed.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees are payable in full upon booking services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Liability Waiver
Waggr is not liable for any illness, injury, loss, or death of your pet while in our care, except in cases of gross negligence. You assume responsibility for all damages your pet may cause to property or individuals.
7. Photos & Social Media
We love sharing happy moments! By signing this agreement, you grant Waggr permission to use photos of your pet for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt-out, please let us know in writing.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any disputes shall be in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
