Waggr Store Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Waggr.pet online store and the purchase of any products sold through this site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These store terms are separate from our Pet Services Agreement, which applies only to clients using our boarding, daycare, or walking services.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Orders are processed securely through Wix Payments, Paypal, or other method defined at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability or payment verification issues.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $30; otherwise, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

Due to the nature of our products, pet treats are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We do offer refunds or replacements for pet toys that arrive damaged or defective. To request a refund, contact us at info@waggr.pet within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

Waggr.pet products are intended for pet use only. Always supervise your pet during treat or toy use. Waggr.pet is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from misuse or allergies. It is your responsibility to monitor your pet and consult a veterinarian if needed.
