Refund Policy
At Waggr, we’re committed to providing quality products and clear policies. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable pet treats or pet care services (e.g., walking, daycare, boarding). This policy helps ensure product safety and integrity for all our customers.
However, we do offer refunds on pet toys that arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible item, email info@waggr.pet with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
